Mario has more than 35 years of experience as a senior Human Resources and Communications executive leader and consultant to Canadian and global organizations. He has been the Chief HR Officer and senior HR executive for many admired high-performance and “Best Place to Work” organizations, including one of Canada’s largest family-owned conglomerate. He and his team have successfully played a leadership role in setting and delivering on their employers’ and clients’ business and cultural transformation, innovation and growth agendas, including one of the largest merger in history. Mario is recognized as an authority in the field of evidence and technology-based HR transformation and service delivery.
He has also held practice and thought-leadership roles in the fields of career, leadership, and team development for marquee business consulting firms, and is the author of “Performance Equation”. He started his career as a Public Affairs Officer with the Canadian Forces, specializing in crisis management, and is proud to be a successful “serial” entrepreneur.
He is a business graduate of Montreal University’s École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program, and the United States Defense Information School (DINFOS), and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
