The recruitment and selection process is by no means a perfect one. Occasionally, and unfortunately, the employment relationship between an individual and the employer has to be terminated. This is either required because of an inadequate “fit” or performance, or because the position is no longer required. How the process is carried out will have an impact not only on the individual, but also on the colleagues and potentially on future candidates. In this one-hour webinar, you will learn not only how to adequately determine if a relationship needs to be severed, but also how to do it fairly and respectfully.
• Defining and determining performance
• Performance improvement planning
• Employment termination process and considerations
• Terminating the employment relationship respectfully and fairly
• Dealing with the impact on colleagues
