Mario is recognized as an authority in the field of evidence and technology-based HR transformation and service delivery.
He has also held practice and thought-leadership roles in the fields of career, leadership, and team development for marquee business consulting firms, and is the author of “Performance Equation”. He started his career as a Public Affairs Officer with the Canadian Forces, specializing in crisis management, and is proud to be a successful “serial” entrepreneur.
